Diana Temperley

The co-founder and the farm's resident artist. A key taster,  a shepherdess, a sheep dog whisperer and most importantly a green-fingered earth mother.


Tim Stoddart

Tim has been an integral part of Burrow Hill’s team for the past twenty years. He oversees our cider-making process, runs our bottling shed and even manages to get out and about on deliveries.


Matilda Temperley

Distiller, pruner and future-proofer. When Matilda isn't working as a documentary photographer she roams the farmyard trouble-shooting (or trouble-making – depending on who you talk to).


Rob Moore

As head distiller Rob has the pleasure of looking after our two beautiful French ladies Josephine and Fifi. He also cares for our barrel bond, and keeps bees. 


Paull Manning

Cider-maker, table-dancer, distiller, chainsaw operator, odd-job man, jack of all trades. 


Laura Burne

When Laura is not growing her own apples and quinces she holds our office together. You will find her on the phone or in the cider house or out on the road doing cider brandy tastings and demonstrations.


Bertie Clark

Chief presser and orchard boy. Bertie runs the press in the autumn and roams the orchards the rest of the year. 



Emma runs our accounts as well as labelling our brandy and giving tastings in our shop.


Paula Harradine

Glamorous shop lady and executive cider assistant.
